Complaint Handling / Whistleblowing
To promote anti-corruption efforts, the Company has established a Whistleblowing Policy for reporting misconduct and corruption. This policy serves as a guideline for addressing and handling complaints related to both internal and external acts of wrongdoing and corruption. The details are as follows:s
Complaint and Whistleblowing Policy
Shareholders, directors, executives, employees, and all stakeholders can report any suspicions or observations of actions that may violate laws, regulations, rules, business ethics, or incidents that could harm the Company. Reports should be directed to the Chairman of the Audit Committee by postal mail at the address below or through the Company’s website. The Company will treat all information confidentially to protect the whistleblower from any repercussions. The channels for reporting are as follows:
Conditions and consideration for receiving complaints / whistleblowing
1) Details of the complaint It must be true, clear, and contain sufficient information to ascertain the facts for further action.
